Beetroot Carrot Halwa With Rice Coconut Pancake

A.  Ingredients For Beetroot Carrot Halwa

  1. 1 cup grated
  2. 1 cup grated
  3. 2 cubes dhampure ginger jaggery
  4. 2 tbs ghee
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. ½ cup coconut milk
  7. 2 tbs milk powder
  8. ½ tsp cardamom powder.

PROCEDURE

  1. In hot pan add ghee, grated beetroot and carrot, cook it till it becomes soft or aprox 7-8
  2. Add milk powder mix well and cook it for 5
  3. Add milk and cardamom powder cook till milk gets evaporated and you get desired consistency.
  4. Now add chopped dhampure ginger jaggery and cook it for 5 -7 minutes. Let it cool
  5. In mixer grinder jar add halwa and coconut milk blend it till smooth paste, your beetroot carrot halwa mousse is

B. Ingredients For Rice Coconut Pancake.

  1. 2 tbs fine rice
  2. ½ cup coconut milk
  3. 1 tsp grated coconut
  4. ½ cube dhampure
  5. 2 tbs butter

 

PROCEDURE

  1. In mixer grinder add rice flour, coconut milk, grated coconut, dhampure jaggery and blend it till smooth runny consistency
  2. On non stick pan add butter and pour the batter with spoon and cook for 2-3 minutes cook it from one side and keep it on side to let it cool

C. Ingredients For Instant Rabri

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 tsp dried bread crumbs
  3. ½ cube dhampure jaggery
  4. ½ tsp kewra water

PROCEDURE

  1. In pan add milk and dhampure jaggery mix well and let it
  2. Add bread crumbs in boiling milk and cook it till it becomes thick rabri like consistency and flavour it with kewra

Now assemble all your recipe part as shown in picture

Frist place your pancake top it with beetroot carrot halwa mousse and top it up with rabri and garnish with chopped nuts and pistachios.
