  • 1 cup grated
  • 1 cup grated
  • 2 cubes Dhampure ginger jaggery
  • 2 tbs ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbs milk powder
  • tsp cardamom powder.

Ingredients For Rice Coconut Pancake.

  • 2 tbs fine rice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp grated coconut
  • ½ cube Dhampure
  • 2 tbs butter

Ingredients For Instant Rabri

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried bread crumbs
  • ½ cube Dhampure jaggery
  • ½ tsp kewra water

Method

Procedure For Beetroot Carrot Halwa

  • In hot pan add ghee, grated beetroot and carrot, cook it till it becomes soft or aprox 7-8
  • Add milk powder mix well and cook it for 5
  • Add milk and cardamom powder cook till milk gets evaporated and you get desired consistency.
  • Now add chopped Dhampure ginger jaggery and cook it for 5 -7 minutes. Let it cool
  • In mixer grinder jar add halwa and coconut milk blend it till smooth paste, your beetroot carrot halwa mousse is

Procedure For Rice Coconut Pancake.

  • In mixer grinder add rice flour, coconut milk, grated coconut, Dhampure jaggery and blend it till smooth runny consistency
  • On non stick pan add butter and pour the batter with spoon and cook for 2-3 minutes cook it from one side and keep it on side to let it cool

Procedure For Instant Rabri

  • In pan add milk and Dhampure jaggery mix well and let it
  • Add bread crumbs in boiling milk and cook it till it becomes thick rabri like consistency and flavour it with kewra
