Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd. was demerged from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. via a Scheme of Arrangement (approved by the Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. on 7 June 2021) and vide NCLT Order dated 27th April 2022.

The undivided company (Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd.) was incorporated in 1933 when it established a 300 TPD plant in the small town of Dhampur. We have been in the forefront of innovation and credited with introducing numerous “firsts” in the sugar industry in India.

We were among the first in India to recognize the potential of “Integrated Sugarcane Processing Complexes” and continue to stand as one of the country’s leading integrated sugar companies.
